My home in Sycamore experienced a major hail storm spring of 2020 and needed a new roof, siding, screens and paint. I had about 5 companies knock on the door and decided on Fiji. Chad the owner walked the house with me and assured me he could take care of all the details with my insurance company and get the job done right and without delay. He and his team managed the insurance claim exceptionally well and very important did not take a cut of the proceeds as other contractors we're asking for.

The work was done sooner than most others were quoting. He was also the only contractor willing to take care of the painting which involved garage doors and a pergola. All the other contractors did not want to deal with that aspect of the job. Very professional team, if they said they would be there on a certain day they were either there or they called in advance to explain, no hounding needed on my part.

So I write this review 1 year later as I wanted to see how the job weathered the winter i.e. did we develop a leak, did we lose a shingle in a wind storm etc...I am happy to report the job was done right and we have had no issues. If anything the house is better than it was before the storm. If I ever need this kind of work done again Fiji would be my first and only call. - Mike R.

I called because a lot of my neighbors I’ve gotten new roofs from storms. I called to get my house looked at to see if there was enough damage to warrant a claim. Bryan called back within 10 minutes of my call into the office. It turns out I did have hail and wind damage to my home which I had no idea until I saw the pictures myself.  Bryan helped me throughout the process and I now I have a new roof, siding, & gutters That were damaged and paid for by insurance & my windows were very old so they gave me a great price on those as well. Then the production team started and I met Adam (very professional as well ) and they were very informative through the whole process and didn’t take a long time and cleaned up very well.
